END TASK INFORMATION
1. SKETCHBOOK ASSIGNMENT 10%
2. ART SHOW 10%
Your participation, organization and planning of the art show will be 10% of your final mark. It will include the following elements:

Advertising
You will choose one method of adverting and make sure that it gets presented to the public. It can be a poster, newspaper ad, Social Media advertising, radio announcement, or video.

Art Exhibit Labeling
You will create personal art labels for each of your pieces for mounting. Each label must include: the artist's name, the title of the work, the medium of the work, the size of the work, the price of the work (if applicable).

“About the Artist”
Which will include things about you and your art, name, grade, favorite medium, the piece you’re most proud of that you created, number of years experience, challenges, things you enjoy, inspirations, etc.

Set up and Take down of Exhibit
Displaying your art pieces, working with others in the class, helping with responsiblemoving of art pieces to and from the exhibit, working at the art show,
3. Portfolio presentation 10%
The portfolio presentation is a time to bring it all your work together, you are to gather the majority of your work and present it in a thoughtful way.
It is up to you to decide how you want to present it

There should also be an “About the Artist” included here…..weather you do each piece individually or in general terms. You need to be able to link what you’ve created to the process that you undertook to create (strengths, troubles, mediums, research, inspiration…. Etc.)
